Prices and payment details

There are many accommodation options for groups of up to 50 people. Full board with organic food or self catering which are both options, all at very reasonable rates: from £30 to £85 per person per night depending on what catering option you choose e.g Organic food or self catering etc. The Mill Retreat Centre is available as a venue to hire or for you join in the retreat and seminars programs. (see Events menu for further details, please note: conditions and requirements apply for each individual event).

Self Catering

15 to 25 people £45 per person per day
26 to 50 people £35 per person per day
Minimum stay 2 days, minimum numbers 15 People ( or if less than 15 people minimum daily cost is £650 per day to hire the whole Mill Retreat Centre)

Full Catering

Two main options:

1. Non Organic caterers: includes self service breakfast and Fully catered Lunch and Dinner.
Costs:
15 to 25 people £70 per person per day
26 to 50 people £65 per person per day

2. Organic Caterers: includes self service breakfast and Fully catered Lunch and Dinner.
Cost:
15 to 25 people £80 per person per day
26 to 50 people £75 per person per day

minimum hire time is 2 days and minimum quantity is 15 people. ( or if less than 15 people minimum daily cost is £1050 (non organic food) per day to hire the whole Mill Retreat Centre).

Discounts and bursaries are available: please ring or email us if you really want to come and stay at the Mill Retreat Centre but cannot afford the rates, and we will try our best to offer you a bursary or introductory discount rates, for your first stay, especially if your work and group is for the greater good. We are here to help in any way we can.

Our ethos is about offering the most inspiring place possible, to the most inspiring people and groups. So we have set up a bursary fund for this pupose, even if that means our profits are lower, we feel it is more important to be able share this wonderful retreat centre with as many people as possible.

Private Minibus

You can be picked up by the Private Mill retreat centre mini bus with a driver from any location in the UK you choose and be driven direct to The Mill retreat Centre.

Return costs from London to The Mill Retreat Centre approx 5 hours journey time. Or less than 2 hours if you get the 59 minute London to Calais train where the coach or minibus will pick you up.

*NOTE on journey times: We have found one the most efficient ways of using the coach or minibus is for everyone to get the 59 minite train from London to Calais and for the minibus to pick the group up from there, this cuts the journey time in the mini bus down to less than 2 hours, the London to Calais train for group bookings is only £40 -£50 return in booked in advance. This helps avoid the Friday afternoon London Rush hour that can slow the journey tine down for anyone in a car or minibus when leaving London.

The cost of the coach or minibus will be from Calais to The Mill retreat centre:

Journey time approx 1.5-2 hours

Minimum 10 passengers required, maximum 16 passengers. ( for larger groups please email for price)

10 passenger = £55 return per person (=£27.50 each way)

11-13 passenger = £50 return per person (=£25 each way)

14-16 passenger = £45 return per person (=£22.50 each way)

minibus costs From London to The Mill retreat Centre costs are:

Journey time approx 5 hours

Minimum 10 passengers required, maximum 16 passengers. ( for larger groups please email for price)

Return prices only no single prices

10 passenger = £70 return per person (£35 each way)

11-13 passenger = £65 return per person (£32.50p each way)

14-16 passenger = £60 return per person (£30 each way)

Please note the Mill retreat Centre coach or Mini bus can pick you up from anywhere in the UK, but prices and journey time will of course vary from above. please email or telephone for a quote.

Please note if your retreat is longer than 2 days we can offer your discounts off our Minibus rates.

Payments and Deposits

Deposits are in two stages

1. To confirm you place at The Mill Retreat Centre, please send a non refundable deposit cheque for £500

2. Then 1 month prior to booking the full non refundable balance is due, plus a £500 returnable cheque this will not be cashed, and will be kept back and only used in the unlikely event of any damages or missing items. You can pay the whole balance by credit card if you prefer ( 2.5% surcharge)
