Trauma2Trust Training
This is a 5-day advanced residential retreat for group facilitators, practitioners, those on the path of healing trauma, and anyone working to expand the edges of growth and evolution in love.

Often trauma is regarded as a problem to fix, an obstacle to relationship, or wounds that make us feel damaged and unlovable.

We would like to offer a new perspective – that trauma is an incredible opportunity. Trauma is an invitation into more realness and depth. One that has the potential to touch everyone, and bring all those in contact with it into deeper intimacy and healing.
When we go into the wordless space together, co-regulating and keeping ourselves safe, we can reveal and release these traumas. Together.

Together we can land in a new embodied experience, increasingly free from those triggers, and practice bringing all of ourselves safely to love.

Want to learn how this can happen?

Want to learn how you can help to make this happen for others too?

Your Natural Self Retreat
This Retreat is about coming back to the Natural Self, centering in the Heart, being able to hear your inner wisdom, be in your truth and trust yourself. We will therefore be working on overcoming self-doubt, lack of self-confidence, blocks, patterns, programmes, thought forms and unhealthy cords.  What has influenced you and prevented you from being your Natural Self? What stops you from being in your Heart rather than your ego? We will be considering nature versus nurture, the True and False Self, how emotions and thoughts can affect us physically, self-empowerment, setting healthy boundaries and energy management.

Experience a new way of being able to address these issues using tried and tested methods with multi-dimensional techniques and understanding which work for you as an individual and also with your clients.

This Retreat is suitable for healers, counselors, practitioners, therapists and those on a spiritual journey who need a greater insight and helping hand with their self-development.

Turtle Dove Harmony Song Week

Turtle Dove Harmony weeks are for anybody who loves to sing. We believe that singing is our birthright, and that we create something powerful when we sing together. This retreat brings together three powerful, inspiring song leaders. Kathy Bullock is an African-American gospel leader whose shining spirit and rocking piano will have you crying and smiling with joy. Bongani Magatyana, from Cape Town, South Africa, is one of most skilled and compelling African song leaders to work with European choirs, bringing a mix of traditional repertoire and his own original compositions. Brendan Taaffe, from Vermont, is known for the lush harmonies of his original compositions, the warm embrace of his teaching, and his ability to foster community.

Elder Wisdom: Staying True to Gravity, Grace and the Given

In former times, our ‘elders’ were keepers of wisdom, and were our leaders through times of change and evolution. They kept hold of the stories that kept communities and society safe and provided touchstones for well-being and a sense of identity. True elders are soul travellers – not just chronologically, but also spiritually and intellectually: reaching back and reaching forward, reaching in and reaching out into the world and the human ecology that connects us.

How do we take this journey into elderhood together? How do we stay faithful to what calls us forward, and trusting of our own inner voice? How do we remain true to ‘gravity, grace and the given’? How do we hold our sense of courage and purpose as we age into elderhood?

Join us for some days of gentle and spacious reflective time in the countryside of northern France where we can connect with our soul’s journey into elderhood, into wisdom, and into our own time of change and transformation. As individuals on our own soul journey and with our own stories, this retreat is an opportunity to share our learnings, hopes, responsibilities and perspectives in life-giving ways; to reflect on ‘the art of aging intentionally’. Through conversation, creative process and deep listening we hold space for each other to (re)discover our elder wisdom and how it might guide and sustain us in the continuing unfolding of our lives.
