 Relax, Refresh and Revitalise Retreat

 With Heather George and Jean-Claude Rawady

This retreat will take an holistic approach to introducing you to some of the principles of how to relax, refresh and rejuvenate your physical, energetic, mental and emotional bodies.

This will be supported by the way we conduct ourselves during the retreat, what we eat & drink as well as the classes and workshops provided. So we will be experiencing the approach, hopefully seeing some benefit and leave with the motivation and some advice & guidance to continue to put the learning into practice.

The program will include 2 Yoga classes per day, early morning & evening meditation & satsang, a walking meditation, guided walks, Vipassana (periods of silence to reflect and become more present so as to appreciate life). workshops to support a healthy lifestyle, plus free time to appreciate the secluded and private location. Holistic therapies including massage will be available and individually priced.

In the Event of an Emergency... Do Not Break the Human

How do you currently cope when the sh*t hits the fan? Is it possible to prepare yourself in advance for some of the many life struggles and challenges that we may all face? How do you survive when you are in the middle of it? How do you make sure you donít lose your sense of self in the process? What about the aftermath? How can you support someone else going through it?

During this 6-day (5-night) retreat, Kanina Wolff and Sue Allen will explore all of the above with the intention of arming you with a variety of different tools and insights to assist you in becoming more resilient and resourceful when either you, a client or a loved one are facing adversity. We will look at how you can upgrade your existing coping mechanisms and strategies, how to deal with change, what it is to properly hold the space for yourself and others, what self-care really is, the importance of living a value-centred life, how to soothe a frazzled nervous system and also centre yourself regularly.

The goal is that youíll come away with valuable skills to help you Ė or those you are supporting in either a professional or personal capacity - cope when things go awry, with the added benefit of attaining greater confidence to surf the waves of the regular stresses and strains of daily life.

This retreat is ideal for counsellors, healers, practitioners, therapists and anyone on a personal self-development journey who might be in the thick of it right now or supporting others in their time of need.

Women's Wellness Rest & Relaxation Retreat Weekend

During this weekend, we'll gather together for a variety of relaxing sessions from gentle Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama (breathing techniques), sound baths, Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep), fire pit gatherings, outdoor yoga, wild swimming, mindful walks and more.
We'll also be offering a variety of self-care treatments with therapists joining us to provide massages, Aromatherapy healing to Reiki and Crystal Healing sound spa treatments and more. You can choose to do as little or as much as you would like.
This is the fourth time we have held a retreat weekend here, its beauty and incredibly peaceful location is perfect for a weekend of Deep Rest and Relaxation.
This weekend is designed to bring you the opportunity for deep rest, to gather your thoughts and recharge your batteries. To get away from the day to day at home and provide an environment designed to support, and nurture and send you home a new woman!
The course leader, Lucy Walford is a qualified Yoga Teacher with specialist Women's mid-life training, an NLP Practitioner, Pilates Teacher and Women's Health fanatic.

WE ARE - Yoga and Creativity Retreat with Yoga by Nature

WE ARE is a yoga retreat with a difference. Morven and Gina offer you a week of yoga, reflection and daily invitations to explore the arts. Exploring creativity can be a healing modality, a fun way to spend the morning, and a way to connect with others and yourself.  

The beauty of this experience is that there is no expectation to produce anything, or create something "pretty". We are gathering together to have fun and to see what happens when we follow our intuition. 

Your hosts are senior yoga and mindfulness teacher Morven and yoga teacher, writer and arts facilitator Gina. They will guide you through twice-daily yoga, daily creative workshops and will lead yoga nidras and gong meditations in the evenings. You will have the opportunity to take part in craft sessions, making your own mala and creating a nature mandala. One of the days on retreat will be devoted to a field trip to coastal Dieppe, where you can paint or draw on location or enjoy sightseeing and the beach.
