There are many accommodation options for groups of up to 45 people. Full board or self-catering are both options, all at very reasonable rates: from £80 to £125 per person per night, depending on what catering option you choose, e.g Full board or self-catering, etc.

The Mill Retreat Centre is available as a venue to hire or for you to join in the retreat and seminar programs. (see Calendar menu for further details)

NEW PRIVATE BARN
A beautiful 2-bedroom self-contained barn located next to the Mill. Designed for group leaders or anyone to have total privacy if wanted or needed. It has a sitting room, kitchen, shower room and 2 bedrooms.
Bedrooms 23 and 24 are in the private self-contained barn. A surcharge of £350 per whole retreat period.

Self Catering

including all the Mill Retreat Centre facilities (except from the barn). There are no other costs; everything is included in the price.

20 to 25 people £95 per person per night including exclusive use of all facilities.
26 to 30 people £90 per person per night including exclusive use of all facilities.

31 to 50 people £85 per person per night including exclusive use of all facilities.

Minimum stay 3 nights, minimum numbers 20 People ( or if less than 20 people, minimum daily cost is £1900 per day to hire the whole Mill Retreat Centre)

Full Catering

including all the Mill Retreat Centre Facilities (except the barn).

Includes 3 amazingly delicious and healthy meals per day by our fantastic cook - breakfast and fully catered Lunch and dinner, and tea/coffee and additional snacks during the day.

20 to 25 people £125 per person per night including exclusive use of all facilities.
26 to 30 people £120 per person per night including exclusive use of all facilities.

31 to 50 people £115 per person per night including exclusive use of all facilities.

Minimum hire time is 3 days and minimum quantity is 20 people. (or if less than 20 people, minimum daily cost is £2500 per night to hire the whole Mill Retreat Centre, including full catering).

We also have four new super healthy and delicious organic Paleo and/or organic raw menu options, designed by a Functional medicine practitioner, to give your retreat a nutritional and healthy boost. Please click here for more details and prices.

Newly renovated private barn - with 2 bedrooms, private kitchen/lounge/diner, and private bathroom, great for group leaders who need privacy; it has a flat rate surcharge of £350 per whole retreat, to cover heating and preparation and cleaning and laundry.

Catering by our extremely high-quality and versatile cooks at the Mill Retreat Centre who take care of all the catering requirements. Organic Ingredients are used when available.

The food is universally praised, our feedback is invariably 10/10 for the wonderfully delicious food. We offer creative and flexible catering options for most individuals or groups dietary requirements, from vegan, vegetarian, dairy free, wheat-free, various allergies and fish and meat. We are very fortunate to have such talented and delicious cooks at the Mill Retreat Centre, who are lovely and friendly.

Please note: any special dietary requests (such as vegan and/or gluten-free guests) are included in the daily rate.

If you would like any specific extra requests that are not included in the general menu, there may be a surcharge - please contact us for details.

A meat/fish menu is charged at an extra £5pp per day.

Discounts and bursaries are available: please ring or email us if you really want to come and stay at the Mill Retreat Centre but cannot afford the rates, and we will try our best to offer you a bursary or introductory discount rates for your first stay, especially if your work and group is for the greater good. We are here to help in any way we can.

Our ethos is about offering the most inspiring place possible, to the most inspiring people and groups. So we have set up a bursary fund for this purpose, even if that means our profits are lower, we feel it is more important to be able share this wonderful retreat centre with as many people as possible.

We offer support to groups who hire the centre and want their course to be open to the public by sharing their details on our events page for free and including them in our newsletter sent to over 10,000 email addresses.

Mill Retreat Centre - Private Minibus*

The Mill Retreat Centre Minibus with Pawel the Caretaker and driver

Maximum of 16 passengers.

If your retreat is longer than 5 days we can offer your discounts off our private minibus rates.

You can be picked up by the Mill Retreat Centre's private minibus, our driver can pick you up from any location in South East England or France, and drive you direct to the Mill retreat Centre.

Journey times from 5-6 hours

FROM LONDON AND THE SOUTH EAST

Private minibus costs from South London to The Mill Retreat Centre are: £145 return per person

Journey time is approximately 5-6 hours, and the Minibus goes via the Channel Eurotunnel Crossing.

Minimum 10 passengers required.

Please note the Mill Retreat Centre private minibus can pick you up from anywhere in the South East of England, but journey time and prices may vary from above. Please email or telephone for a quote.

FROM PARIS

The cost for our minibus from Paris (Eurostar) to The Mill Retreat Centre: £95 return per person

Journey time is approximately 2.5 hours.

Minimum 8 passengers required, maximum 16 passengers (for larger groups please email for price).

*The minibus needs to be booked a minimum of 6 months before your retreat starts; otherwise we cannot guarantee the above prices or availability, especially during peak summer months.

All prices are for return prices, sorry we cant offer single-way prices for individuals, only for whole groups.

Payments and Deposits

1. To confirm your place at The Mill Retreat Centre in France, please send a non-refundable deposit cheque or bank transfer* for £750, or you can pay by card if you prefer by clicking here.

2. Minibus Eurotunnel crossing non-refundable deposit £750 payable when you confirm you want to book the Mill Retreat Centre minibus. You can pay by card by clicking here or by bank transfer please email us.

The minibus travel must be booked a minimum of 6 months before your retreat starts, otherwise, we can't guarantee availability or price, and we may have to charge a surcharge on the minibus costs, as the Eurotunnel can get much more expensive, as well as getting fully booked. This particularly applies to summer months and holiday periods.

3. For full catering, a £750 deposit needs to be paid.

All deposit payments are required 2 weeks after making your provisional booking in order to secure your retreat dates. We are not able to issue deposit refunds for cancelled retreats.

4. One month prior to your booking, the full balance is due. You can pay the full balance by bank transfer.

Once the balance is paid, we cannot issue a refund.

Harriet (the Mill manager) is available to answer emails and calls between 11 am-12 pm and 3 pm-4 pm on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday each week. Please note: Harriet's days off are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Please note: we can hold provisional bookings for you for 2 weeks, so you can reserve your dates before you need to commit or pay a deposit.
